A warming and spicy chai tea with a hint of vanilla worth savouring. It is made by brewing black tea with a selection of Indian spices and herbs. It is usually served with milk providing a sweet but lightly spicey taste perfect eaten with sweet desserts.

Brewing & Serving Suggestions
For the most tasteful cup, use fresh water and boil to 100 C. Allow your infusion to brew for 3-4 minutes according to taste.
Can be brewed with milk for a warming and spicy chai latte with a hint of vanilla. Or served black with a little honey depending on how strong you want the taste to be. Or add brown sugar if you like it extra sweet.
