A lighter brew required

So with this tea I had to experiment a little with the temperature and brew times. I'm not a massive fan of intense floral flavours, and if brewed for too long or too hot the floral notes can quickly over-power this tea and become quite bitter. If brewed at a slightly lower temperature and for less time you get what I would call a more earthy flavour, highlighted by the nutty notes, with a subtle kick of the floral taste on the back-end.

Have just started my latest Camden Tea order, Oolong being one of several teas ordered. Very nice with a subtle flavour that is a little different to a lot of teas. Excellent.
