Was excited to try but not for me

Was really excited to try this but wasn't for me. It just had a really strong grassy taste that I couldn't vibe with. Seeing all the positive reviews has thinking I should try this again and play around with how I am preparing the brew.

The real thing...

It’s tricky finding proper, authentic, shade-grown Japanese green tea in the UK. Once you have drunk this (I’m afraid I got the addiction in Japan), you don’t want anything else.. This tea from CTS is delicious - sweet and grassy, not bitter.

This tea, when prepared according to the appropriate brewing instructions, is delicious. It is exactly as described and tastes water-sweet, refreshing and grassy, similar to other high-quality Japanese green teas. A very smooth sip with no acidity, just how I like it.

This tea is perfect for my afternoons. Divine. I also love my Japanese genamicha tea for my early mornings. Fantastic combo!
