Product description:

Reasonable care is taken to ensure that product photos, pricing and descriptions are accurate reflections of the product that is provided and/or sold by camdenteashop.com. Information on the website will be correct at the time of uploading the information; however, there may be typographical, numerical or inaccurate information.

Products:

Many of our products have been handled in a factory that handles celery, mustard and sesame. All food products sold on this website unless otherwise specified should be stored in a cool and dry place out of direct sunlight. Special care is taken to prevent any trace of insects or infestation but due to the nature of some of these herbal products (including fennel seeds and rose petals) if not stored correctly, infestation may occur. However, the likelihood of this occurring is minimised due to vacuum and heat treating of these products. There may also be traces of sulphites present (>10mg/kg) in products containing ginger and cinnamon. The following may be found in the supply chain:

  • Peanuts;
  • Tree nuts;
  • Cereals;
  • Milk;
  • Sesame seeds;
  • Celery;
  • Mustard;
  • Sulphites;
  • Milk products.

Orders:

Orders may be made but will not be processed from midday Friday until Monday morning; the customer should take this into account when estimating delivery times of their ordered product. Orders are made on the assumption that stock is ready for dispatch soon after the order is placed. Efforts are made to ensure that this is the case; however, if the product(s) is not available for dispatch the customer will be duly notified and will be entitled to request a refund upon cancellation of the order. It is expected that all ingredients have been read before purchase of item.

Regarding special/ limited offers; termination of these will be notified via the website as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. However, the content of the website may take a while to update after limited stock has depleted. All herbal orders have a weight tolerance of approximately +/- 5%, although weight stated on the packaging should be an accurate representation of quantity with this tolerance taken into account.

Delivery:

Delivery prices quoted on our site are for the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland only. Please contact us if delivery outside of the UK is required as this may be arranged. The delivery cost will be presented to you before the order is complete and also included within the total amount to be paid when an order is placed and confirmed. Please contact us with any special delivery requests. If not specified, delivery will be within a reasonable time. We are not responsible for late delivery or circumstances out of our control.

All products sold via this website are of satisfactory quality and the service provided to all customers is undertaken with reasonable care and skill, if the contrary occurs proof will be required for a refund on products purchased.

Refunds and returns (money back guarantee): Items are to be refunded at the discretion of . camdenteashop.com . A valid reason should be given in order to receive a full refund from . camdenteashop.com. Items need to be returned in their original sale condition and within one month of purchase.

All costs associated with returning the item/s are at the customer’s expense. Returned items should be sent by recorded delivery. Should these criteria be met a full refund will be given.
