Seville Orange Latte - Recipe
1 tbsp Assam Tea
650ml boiling water
240ml sweetened almond milk
2tbsp Seville orange marmalade
1. Place the tea leaves in a teapot, add boiling water, and steep for 3 minutes, then strain the tea and discard all the tea leaves.
2. In a saucepan, warm the almond milk with the marmalade on a low heat until the marmalade melts.
3. Remove from the heat, strain the orange rinds and pour into the teapot.
SERVE IT UP: Pour into cups from a height to create froth and serve immediately.
