Turmeric Chai Vs. Azteca Turmerica
We are going to share the difference between our two new turmeric tea blends. Previously just in our Camden Market Tea Bar but now available to try at home.
The first, Turmeric Chai is a blend with a base of strong Indian Assam black tea whilst the second Azteca Turmerica is an attractive entirely herbal blend.
The Chai is quite popular in our new Camden tea bar as customers order it to enjoy the strong full bodies spicy-sweet flavours. There is also popular demand to prepare it with hot fluffy oat or almond milk as a latte.
Our other turmeric variety is a herbal blend that customers have been most curious about. You only have to take a sip to appreciate the taste combination of turmeric, cocoa peel, fennel and vanilla. The taste is sharp but with a warm nutty flavour then a sweet after taste.
The common ingredient between the two teas is more remarkable than their differences. Turmeric elevates the taste and combine the natural properties in to your tea cup. Besides being a powerful antioxidant, turmeric is known to help provide support for liver and kidney function, help with digestion or act as a powerful anti-inflammatory.
Known as 'The Golden Spice of India' turmeric has been used for thousands of years for both medical and culinary purposes. The blends that we offer containing the spice will continue to be cherished by our customers for years to come.
