Seville Orange Latte - Recipe
Use a good quality Seville orange marmalade for this recipe. Its sour and bitter taste will blend beautifully with the robust flavours of the Assam. Almond milk adds rich sweetness to the drink.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp Assam Tea
650ml boiling water
240ml sweetened almond milk
2tbsp Seville orange marmalade
Method:
1. Place the tea leaves in a teapot, add boiling water, and steep for 3 minutes, then strain the tea and discard all the tea leaves.
2. In a saucepan, warm the almond milk with the marmalade on a low heat until the marmalade melts.
3. Remove from the heat, strain the orange rinds and pour into the teapot.
SERVE IT UP: Pour into cups from a height to create froth and serve immediately.
