Jasmine Chicken Noodle Soup

 

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon of olive oil
  • 8 cups chicken broth bone broth if you have it
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 2 cups chicken breast cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 1 cup carrots chopped
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1 medium zucchini spiraled
  • 2 Tablespoons Hot Yoga Tea or experiment with cinnamon, black pepper, ginger and cardamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Pea & Green Tea Soup

Ingredients:

  • 240g frozen peas
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon sweet white miso paste
  • 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup canned coconut milk
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup brewed Sencha Green Tea (1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea)

Smoky Tomato & Lentil

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon safflower, grapeseed, or other neutral oil
  • 1 medium white onion, finely chopped (1 cup)
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, peeled, roasted, and finely chopped (1 cup)
  • 3 cups Lapsang Souchong brewed (1 tablespoon loose)
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup French lentils
  • 1 (28-ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes 
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
